Shipping Policy

PapaViva offers free worldwide shipping option for every order and have served customers in over 200 countries for close to two decades helping hundreds of thousands of customers keep their favorite sunglasses longer. While it may take a little longer to get our lenses we guarantee the quality will be worth the wait.

After you submit your order, we'll get right to work on producing your new lenses. Most of our lenses are cut to order and typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Once your order has been produced, packaged, and shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.

According to the distance, standard shipping time could be 1 week to 6 weeks. We also provide expedited shipping method. You could choose any shipping way as your time. The estimated delivery time will be shown clear after you confirm your address.

Return Policy

Product return procedures

We want you and your gift recipients to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an PapaViva product you bought in the last 30 days from papaviva.com you may return it in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items). Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items.

Duties and Customs Fees

Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. We recommend checking your country's custom import duties webpage for an estimate of what fees you may be required to pay.
