Not every purchase is a hole-in-one, and we understand that. That's why our return policy is simple: if for any reason you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know! You can exchange or return the item for a full refund only within 60 days of the delivery date.
RETURN POLICY:
- Please note that if you need a return, you can submit a return request and we'll get back to you within one business day.
- Any returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be unworn, unused, in original sale condition, with labels and original packaging.
- Final sale, discontinued and personalized items are not eligible for return.
- When we receive your package, we will check the condition of the item before replacing or returning it
- Returned goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse, so please make sure the items are packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
REFUND POLICY:
- You can return unopened new items within 60 days of delivery for a refund. We will only pay for return shipping if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any other returns due to subjective reasons are the responsibility of the customer.
- You should receive your refund within two weeks of handing the package over to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive your refund sooner.
Duties and Customs Fees
Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. We recommend checking your country's custom import duties webpage for an estimate of what fees you may be required to pay.
