2. How do I purchase and send a gift card?

You can buy a gift card directly on the "Gift Card" page of the PapaViva website. During checkout, enter the recipient's email address and choose the delivery date. The gift card code will be automatically emailed to the recipient on the selected date.
3. Does the gift card expire?

No, PapaViva Gift Cards never expire and can be used at any time.
4. Where can the gift card be used?

Currently, the gift card can only be used on the PapaViva official website and is not redeemable in physical stores.
5. What can the gift card be used to purchase?

It can be used for all products available on the PapaViva website, including but not limited to:

  • Prescription lens and sunglass lens replacements
  • other accessories and cleaning kits
6. Can I use a promo code or discount when purchasing a gift card?

No. Gift cards are prepaid products and cannot be combined with any promotions, discounts, or coupon codes at the time of purchase.
7. Can I get change back or a refund for a gift card?

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and no change will be given. If an order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining value will stay on the card for future use.
8. Can I use multiple gift cards in one order?
